Government of Uttarakhand intends to purchase a Twin Engine helicopter with minimum 02+07 seating capacity in VVIP configuration
Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA) invites helicopter manufacturers or their authorized representatives for technical presentations for a suitable twin engine helicopter in VVIP/VIP configuration.
The twin engine helicopter must meet the following minimum criteria:-
(a) Good high altitude and range performance in Indian environment/high temperatures.
(b) Fully configured with latest IFR capability to meet all laid down DGCA requirements.
(c) Should have adequate leg space and minimum noise and vibration level in the cabin.
(d) Should have efficient & reliable product support in India.
The following details must be submitted along with the proposal:-
(a) Company Profile.
(b) Details of similar helicopter operating in India and worldwide (in similar operating Conditions).
(c) Technical Specifications.
(d) Direct maintenance and operating cost.
(e) Delivery time and availability of type simulator.
The helicopter manufacturer or their authorized representative must submit their
proposals in hard copy as well as Soft copy to the following address by 12 August 2022.
